Do You Sell To The Public Or Only Wholesale?

We are open to the public.

How Can I keep My Sesli Product In Superior, Pristine Condition?

To care for your blanket, do not iron or bleach your product. Washing dark colours separately is recommended. You can tumble dry your blanket on low, washing it at 30 degrees and ensuring you air dry your blanket completely.
Our blankets are also dry cleanable.

Where Can I Buy Your Blankets And Throws?

You can purchase our blankets on our online store www.sesli.co.za or at our factory shop.
Factory Shop address is 1090 Anvil Road, Robertville Johannesburg, Gauteng.
And at our New Fourways Factory Shop: 5 Mannikin Cl, Magaliessig, Sandton, 2191

Trading Days And Hours

We are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm and on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 8am to 3pm.
We are open on public holidays.

How Do You Deliver?

We send your goodies via our preferred courier company. We are open on public holidays.

How Long Does Delivery Take?
Delivery could take between 5 – 9 working days. Depending on your location. It will be worth the wait so sit back and relax until the doorbell rings.
My Order Still Hasn't Arrived, What Must I Do?
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your items to arrive. If they still haven’t arrived, then please contact us by emailing online@sesli.co.za or call us directly on +27 11 674 5114.
How Much Is Delivery?
Delivery fees vary. After you have added your goodies to your basket you can use our shipping calculator at the bottom of the basket page. You will also see the delivery charges before paying.

How Can I Return My Item(s)?
If upon receipt of a products and the customer is not 100% satisfied, kindly contact the customer services team by emailing online@sesli.co.za within 7 days of receiving your products with your order number and a reason as to why you would like to return the goods.  
What Size Blanket Will Fit My Bed?
Blanket sizes are stated on each product description. However, if you want a more accurate dimension, you can compare your bed size with our blanket and throw sizes, which is provided under each product description.

  • We only accept returns for online orders – no exchanges.
  • Should you wish to return products bought online, the return delivery will be at your own cost and is your own responsibility.
  • Please ONLY send your items to us after we have confirmed that you will be able to return your items. If no confirmation has been sent by us, we will not accept the return & send it back to you.
  • Please arrange for your items to be sent back to Sesli Textiles at this address: 1090 Anvil Road, Robertville Johannesburg, Gauteng within 14 days.
  • All products must be in a sellable condition and in their original packaging for us to accept the return.
  • Once your items have reach our warehouse, your return can take up to 14 working days to be processed & for your refund to reflect in your bank account. Refunds can only be made to the account holder and not to a third party.
