Shopping

1Q. Where are your branches/stores?
A. We currently have one store in Johannesburg at 1090 Anvil Road, Robertville Johannesburg, Gauteng. 
2Q. Where can I buy your blankets and throws?
A. You can purchase our blankets at our factory shop or on our online store.

Trading days and hours

1Q. Are you open on Sundays?
A. Yes, we are open Sundays from 8am to 3pm
2Q. What days are you open?
A.  We are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm and on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 8am to 3pm
3Q. What time are you open on weekends?
A. From 8am to 3pm Saturday and Sundays.
4Q. What time are you open on the weekdays.
A. From 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Orders & Deliveries

1Q. How do you deliver?
A. We send your goodies via our preferred courier company.
2Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Delivery could take between 5-7 working days. Depending on your location. It will be worth the wait so sit back and relax until the doorbell rings.
3Q. My order still hasn’t arrived what must I do?
A. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your items to arrive. If they still haven’t arrived, then please contact us by emailing info@sesli.co.za or call us directly on +27 11 674 5114.
4Q. How much is delivery?
A. Delivery fees vary. After you have added your goodies to your basket you can use our shipping calculator at the bottom of the basket page. You will also see the delivery charges before paying.
5Q. Why is delivery expensive?
A. As Sesli blankets are of superior quality, we try get your blankets in supreme condition to you, therefore the courier companies prices can be high, also depending on your location. Most of our blankets are also in large packaging, which increases delivery charges.
6Q. I’m missing an item from my order what must I do?
A. Please contact us straight away by emailing info@sesli.co.za or call us directly on +27 11 674 5114.
7Q. I’ve received the wrong item/s what must I do?
A. Please contact us straight away by emailing info@sesli.co.za or  call us directly on +27 11 674 5114.

Return/exchanges

1Q. How long do I have to exchange/ return my goodies?
A. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods by emailing info@sesli.co.za or call us directly at +27 11 674 5114.  
2Q. How can I exchange/ return my item/s?
A. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods by emailing info@sesli.co.za or call us directly at +27 11 674 5114 with a reason as to why you would like to exchange return the goods. 

Please take note of our returns/ exchange policy:

• Should you wish to return/ exchange goods bought online, the delivery is on your account and is your responsibility.
• Please only send your goodies to us after we have confirmed that will be able to exchange/return your goods. If no confirmation has been sent by us, we will not accept the return/ exchange.
• Please arrange for goods to be sent back to Sesli textiles at this address: 1090 Anvil Road, Robertville Johannesburg, Gauteng within 5 working days.
• Goods need to be in a sellable condition and in their original packaging for us to accept the return/ exchange.
• Refunds will be processes within 15 working days.
• Exchanges will be processed as per our normal online shopping timelines.

3Q. How can I arrange my own courier?
A. There are many companies in South Africa that you can use, even your local Postnet.

A. Please use the chart below to check your bed size and it’s measurements.
2Q. What size blanket will fit my bed?
A. Blanket sizes are stated on each product description. However, if you want a more accurate dimension, you can compare your bed size with our blanket and throw sizes, which is provided under each product description.
